I was born in Buenos Aires Argentina and studied Art at Parkland College, Urbana-Champaign, Illinois, United States. I was a student of Kenneth Kemble where I studied drawing and with Luis Felipe Noé where I studied painting.
pictorial thoughts. My paintings emerge through the stain, building a plant world amid temperamental brushstrokes. The fact of working with brushes, knobs, using my hand as an instrument allows me to quickly enter a chaotic world and through this chaos project the gaze of a mysterious and dreamlike landscape. A somehow fantastic landscape, a space where different forces and tensions can develop. A vigorous palette where colors are contrasted.
Poetry is a place of inspiration for me, whether through the image or the word. I have a strong bond with different poets from the southern hemisphere, where the main activity is metaphor. Somehow I try to convey an image where poetry is the protagonist. The canvas for me is a space where I can develop this concept.
hese works took several months of experimentation, that is, they have a previous job in the search for forms and images. Some were made in the form of studies and others from the imagination using strokes and stains, mostly in ink on paper.
The pictorial fact of the mixture and the surprise produced by the colors when combined on the canvas give me pleasure and joy, difficult to explain in words. By reflecting and studying the apparently most banal details of nature, I can create a transfigured world.
